Your use of this website is deemed to signify your acceptance of these privacy policies. When and why your information may be requested: You can visit this website and access information without giving us any personal information.  However, if you decide to attend the festival, we require your full name, phone number, email address and next of kin details in case of emergency. We may, from time to time, use your email address to send you updates about the festival.

We pledge that any personal information we hold about our customers is kept safely and securely and will never be sold, given or shared with any third party. You have the right to access and correct your personal information and privacy preferences at any time. You can also unsubscribe from our email newsletters or have your name and address details taken off our database at any time.  If you would like to update or delete your personal details, please contact The Brisbane Dance Festival via email. 

TERMS & CONDITIONS

The promoter reserves the right to alter or vary the artist line up, or event schedule without being obliged to refund or exchange tickets.

Please select your tickets carefully. The Brisbane Dance Festival will not issue refunds for festival passes/tickets. Transfers are permitted at the discretion of the event organisers.

Please be advised that The Brisbane Dance Festival will not accept responsibility for loss or injury to persons or possessions in relation to this event.

The Brisbane Dance Festival reserves the right to all photography or filming during the event and its future use.

LIABILITY

Entry to Brisbane Dance Festival is at the ticket holders own risk. The festival takes no responsibility for loss or damage to personal property.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Brisbane Dance Festival does not accept liability of any nature for the acts, omissions or default of those providing services in connection with the event or any liability for any injury, damage, loss, delay or additional expenses which are incurred at or in association with the event. Where legislation implies any condition or warranty which cannot be excluded or modified, that condition or warranty will be deemed to be included in this agreement. However, our liability for any breach of such condition or warranty will be limited, at our option, to the resupply of the services or the cost of having the services supplied again. In no event will we be liable for any indirect, consequential, exemplary or special damages.

To the full extent permitted by law, ticket holders waive all legal rights of action against and fully release Brisbane Dance Festival, its agents, employees, members and volunteers for all claims for compensation for loss, damage, injury or death howsoever arising out of or in relation to the ticket holder’s participation in the event including without limitation, liability for any negligent or tortious act or omission on the part of the persons released or under statute or for breach of these terms and conditions. Management shall not be held liable for any loss, injury or damages sustained entering, leaving or at the event.
